"Not happy with transport services"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Patient Transport Service

(as the patient),

I should have attended my outpatient’s department appointment today.  However, as a wheelchair user that needs assistance to get in and out of transport and my wheelchair I am only able to get a lift to the hospital.  The cost of a taxi to bring me home is £22.

I have tried unsuccessfully all day to get through to the ambulance service to book transport home without any success. This has meant I have now missed my appointment.
