I arrived into CAH 3 North this week and wanted to commend the treatment I received. Interactions between staff as well as with patients was professional and supportive. In particular, the nurse who undertook my consultation before the procedure, the doctor who carried out the gastroscopy and the support worker who looked after me in recovery all treated me with a considerate and reassuring manner. I would mention them individually if I could. Thank you to them and the team. Overall, the level of care was excellent.
