"QMC A&E department Nottingham is broken"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust

I was told by 111 operators to go to A&E I waited for 12 hours, only to be sent home feeling worse than ever, its 50/50 if I end up back in hospital in the next few weeks now the Dr even told me that, the QMC wore me out, they are more interested in throwing people out than treating people, I watched 4 security guards throwing out 1 homeless man in the cold, i do understand that the hospital is not a shelter but have some respect for human life please, if you make any kind of complaint you are labelled as aggressive, these people have a god syndrome if you dont beg them you wont get treatment, it feels like a lottery depending on who you get, the Dr´s were really good and very professional but the rest of the staff not so, some of the nurses are arrogant rude and aggressive in bed side manner, a little humility goes a long way, I have used medical services all over the world, Nottingham is by far the worst in terms of overall performance, the QMC A&E department is broken, maybe its the culture in QMC A&E but they must understand the patients don't owe them anything they are there for medical treatment they are sick and worried about their health and they are entitled to a decent level of treatment by law, I know this revue won't mean a thing in terms of how people are treated in the future but its the only way I can have my say about how I was treated and how I was made to feel at the QMC A&E department.
