"My foot care in Podiatry"

I have had to attend podiatry services many times over the years due to having had my feet run over 22 years ago. They are gradually getting worse with age and arthritis due to not having them treated at the time of the accident.  I did qualify as an advanced Reflexologist though so have very good knowledge with regards to the foot/body connection. I was getting really despondent with my difficulties in mobility and I attended another appointment at Randolph Wemyss Hospital in Fife.  This time I got Kerry and she was amazing!! She really really took the time to find out what my current problems were.. getting me to walk in a line barefoot was absolute agony. She explained what was happening and exercises I should follow to help alleviate the problems while I waited on insoles coming. She showed me what they would look like. I was so relieved to find someone who really cared at last!! I stick to the exercises daily.. and love the insoles!! They are supportive and non slip and cushioned.. just perfect! My feet will never be perfect with arthritis now, but she really has given me hope that I can walk tall again for the time being.. and you can't put a price on that.  I am very grateful for her care.
