(as the patient),

Went for a flexible sigmoidoscopy today. I just wanted to say Julie who carried out the procedure was so kind, reassuring, very professional and talked me through it and what she was doing while carrying out the procedure. Along with Victoria and Robyn, nurses in the room, they helped keep me calm and made an unpleasant procedure tolerable. Thank you ladies, you were amazing 🥰
