"Calming and welcoming"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Eastleigh

(as a service user),

First acupuncture session today at inclusion. Found it calming and welcoming however the room was a little small for the number of people who attended. As far as i understand they have a bigger room but it was unavailable. I plan to attend once a week as a way to manage anxiety.

Thank you for taking the time to write your post, your feedback is appreciated.

We are really pleased to hear that your first experience of acupuncture was calm and welcoming and that you plan to return.

On this occasion our usual venue was unavailable, so apologies if you found this a little small. We are already back in our usual place and look forward to seeing you there next time.

Acupuncture is well evidenced to be beneficial in recovery from drugs and alcohol use and of course in managing things like anxiety, so we hope that this continues to be something which aids your recovery.

Wishing you well in your future recovery journey
