Fantastic care and support undergoing a colonoscopy after a positive bowel screening test. Each member of the team was professional, friendly, reassuring and kind. They were clearly thriving in their work as they all seemed not only excellent at their jobs but happy being part of this team.
I was quite anxious and felt really supported, safe and exceptionally well looked after.
Given all the negative media reports about the NHS, it’s so reassuring to experience such excellent care. Thank you all.

Staff in the department do work hard to help support patients prior to, during and after their procedure and appreciate it can be an anxious time. It is lovely to read that you felt safe and well looked after. Such positive feedback is appreciated as it reaffirms to staff that they are delivering effective care.
