I attended a physio appointment this week after been referred by my GP and my experience was very very good. The physio was on time, extremely thorough in all the info she gave me when she examined me, and within 24 hours of seeing her, she had sent me exercises for me to do which she felt would help me, so I was very pleased. My appointment was with physiotherapy at Bideford Community Hospital, in North Devon.
I’ve never had a bad experience on the NHS personally.
My physio was a lady called Jenna, she was very very pleasant and calm and efficient. She came over very efficiently and she was very thorough in her examination. The other thing that was very positive was that I could have an open appointment, where I can go back if I need to until some time in Feb I think. I can’t ask for anymore really, having an open appointment is great. All of the people that I have seen in the NHS are doing the very best they can. I’m pleased with what I received with regards to my appointment.
"Really positive physio appointment"
