"Great Podiatrist"

About: Borders Community Services / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I was feeling a bit nervous and unsure what to expect at my first podiatry appointment.  The podiatrist introduced herself and made me feel at ease. Explained all the the options open to me to allow me to make a decision.  Explained why and how my problem was occurring along with helpful tips on how to reduce it at home.  Before undertaking treatment explained what would happen and took time to show me the tools they would use. Explained aftercare very well

Thank you so much for your feedback regarding your positive experience with our Podiatry service. I am so glad that you were made to feel at ease, and that the team communicated clearly about the treatment and onward plan. I will make sure that this is fed back to the team.

Many thanks
