"I can't complain about the assistance I received"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 3 North Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been up in the 3 North ward, and I can't complain about the assistance I received.

I was referred by my former community general practitioner because I had just moved to the area. My care was seamlessly transferred, and since there has been open communication between all the specialists involved, I got the help I needed when I needed it.

I feel protected and supported thanks to the staff on the ward. I transitioned from being afraid of what was happening around me to feeling more in control of my problems and I am ready to take the next steps in managing my health.

My treatment has went smoothly, and have to give a big thank you to the  physiotherapist who has been helping me as well. I am lot better off now, and am thankful for the care that I have received.
