About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Gynaecology Services

(as a service user),

I was advised to attend ward 309, gynae, for some tests on Hogmanay, the nursing staff were so lovely and helpful and reassuring, especially Tracey the HCSW. I also work in NHS Grampian and Tracey was so understanding and really put me at ease whilst helping me to maintain my dignity. Big thanks also to Morven who was also on shift that day.

It was a great pleasure to read your positive experience whilst in Ward 309. The team always strive to achieve a high standard of care for all our patients. I was delighted to hear that you found the care delivered by Tracey and Morven to be not only helpful but reassuring.
