About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

Spent a few hours in A&E on a rainy Tuesday night with my 3 year old. He had an accident and burst his lip quite badly. The reception staff were friendly and kind, triage nurses were efficient and very kind to my son.

The doctor (Tanya) was brilliant with him and got him fixed up quickly with very little fuss. She had obviously been having a really tough night prior to seeing us but that didn't affect her treatment of us at all.

I hope she can see this comment and know how grateful we are and how much we appreciated her help.
