I just want to pass a massive thanks for the exemplary care my father in law recieved last weekend, the first responder made him feel so at ease in a very difficult situation, and the 2 paramedics who helped take him to hospital were very helpful and corteous

Good morning Emma98

Thank you for sharing your experience of your encounter with NIAS and the clinicians who attended your callout, I am aware that in such emergency situations that there is a large sense of stress and pressure for all involved. As you have highlighted, the clinicians and crew that came to aid brought a sense of calm and ease to the situation, and to your father-in-law, whilst being courteous when administering care and equally throughout his journey until arrival at hospital. Such actions make evident the unique care and dedication that is given to each callout taken by NIAS; whilst safely trying to maintain high standards of patient care within an ever changing and high pressured environment. Your words shared will certainly pose as a boost to current moral and will help in further making evident the high standard of care given and equally to the sense of achievement in highlighting the first-hand work of NIAS clinicians, with such being significantly beneficial.

I wish your father in law a quick and healthy recovery
