It’s absolutely a bizarre this afternoon when I arrived Health Harmonie - Landmark in Green Park, 450 Brook Drive, Reading, Berkshire around 14:50 for my 15:00 appointment today on 8/1/2023 (Sunday), only to find out that all the doors were locked and there was absolutely no one inside the whole ground floor.

As we couldn’t find any door bell or explanation note on the door, we called 01214547779 for help but obviously no one answered the call because it was out of office hours! In fact, there was no waiting area outside the Landmark and it was a cold rainy and windy afternoon, we could only stay outside for 5 minutes until 15:05 and left the site.

At 15:20 I missed a phone call 01217941768 from Birmingham so I returned the Birmingham phone call 01217941768 at 15:24, only to find out it was from a Harmonie guy without name and title trying to blame me on my leaving the empty premises?! And he said we should stay for 5 more minutes and then someone would come for the door?! We explained we did wait for 5 minutes but there was absolutely no sign of movement in their office before we left and obviously the guy wanted to blame us upon their own faults.

This is an absolutely unacceptable service for anybody.
