"Stays in ward 70 GRI"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Urology( Ward 70)

(as the patient),

I have unfortunately required a few admissions to Ward 70 in Glasgow Royal Infirmary over the past month or so. I can’t praise Elaine and her team highly enough for the care and attention I received on my stays. Kind,  supported, compassionate and were always able to raise my spirits when I was feeling low.

My thanks also go to Mr Morton and Miss Seaward for sorting me out.

Dear Jinty64

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was sorry to hear you have had to be admitted to Ward 70 of the Glasgow Royal Infirmary on a few occasions this month. You must have been worried sick.

I was grateful to hear the care and treatment you have received on each occasion you've been admitted has been of a high standard and Elaine and the team have taken good care of you.

I have passed on your thanks to the team who have asked me to thank you for your kind words. It's very much appreciated by the staff.

I hope your feeling a lot better and recovering well back at home.

Kind regards

Kevin
