"The service and care were excellent"

I presented at Ealing Accident and Emergency with chest pains.  I have had two stents put in 9 years ago at the same hospital.

The service and care were excellent, I was seen within 30 minutes and had various tests and results within 3 hours.  All the time I was checked and offered food and drink. 

I want to commend all the staff and congratulate them on doing such a good job, especially as, in my opinion, governments over the last 50 years have starved the NHS of resources and don't seem to care about this vital public service.
