(as the patient),

I was seen promptly by a very kind and understanding nurse (Elizabeth) who listened to my story, carried out a quick examination and gave sensible advice. She made an effort to get me a prescription, gave me warnings about the side effects and is booking me in for a new appointment ti see a specialist.

I could not have wished for kinder and more helpful attention. Thank you Elizabeth.
