Arrived at 9.30 on Boxing Day with my 84 year old mum. She had a very nasty, deep gash on her shin.
The young gentleman on reception was very polite and informative. By 10.40 my mum had been seen and was just waiting for a prescription to be filled.
My mum said the person who she saw was very kind.
