"Excellent practice "

There is 1 particular GP that in my opinion deserves to be recognised for his outstanding work and support in his work and his commitment to the NHS. I have personally received ongoing support and advice that has really helped and made me feel better physically and mentally.He goes above and beyond to give me advice and support on the issue of the health and wellbeing of myself in a way that is very positive and helpful to me.I have myself personally told him about his excellent practice however I would like to acknowledge him on here.
