(as a parent/guardian),

I had to take my son to an out of hours appointment yesterday and found the service fantastic.

Despite the pressures the NHS are facing he was seen promptly for a symptoms which could have been, but was fortunately not, a medical emergency.

The staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional.  Dr Saleem was wonderful with my son, ensuring he was comfortable and was very thorough with his examination.

We were reassured with the diagnosis and given treatment and referred for further treatment with the GP.
