About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Fracture Clinic (orthopaedics)

(as a service user),

I would like to thank the charge nurse on shift. I recently had a very bad sprained wrist and I called for advice.

Despite the time of the year and what I can imagine a very busy time for the NHS, she was so kind. She gave me great advice and time over the phone, thank you so much.
