Attended the Dermatologist dept at ancoats for removal of a mole and and a skin tag. Put at ease straight away by both the lady doctor and nurse both were very professional and explained the whole procedure very clear. Was in and out within about 15 minutes and was offered a choice of tea, coffee and hot chocolate the whole experience was fantastic would like to be sent back there in the future if need be.
