About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 4 North Surgical

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The care in 4 north has been very good so far which I am very happy about. The staff, apart from 2 members,  have been brilliant and I am very happy with all but the 2 mentioned. I feel these 2 have very poor attitudes and have been very sharp and I feel outright rude.

I understand when they have a bad day but I have seen this on multiple days. Everyone else has been fine and despite my  hearing issues they have been easy enough to understand.

I have had no problems just the poor attitudes of these 2 staff members
