"ED minor injuries visit"

About: Mater Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

Needed to attend ED for a dog bite injuries on my teenage sons hand.  Staff could not have been more pleasant.  Dealt with swiftly and given the option for return appointment the next morning for follow up treatment rather than wait unnecessarily for pharmacy.

Todays clinic visit made nicer by the friendliness of a young male domestic worker who took time to smile and say hello.  Only sorry I didn’t see his name . Excellent care in what I know are very difficult times for NHS staff
