"Great practice "

In December, we have needed to consult the Red Practice for several health issues. Without fail,we have had a timely response and either face to face or telephone consultation. The information on practice hours indicates how long the doctors work, and one phone call to our home was at 18.00 which proves how diligent the team are. We always feel we are listened to and treated as an individual. The doctor who saw my husband was not fully fit either but still working.

The communication from Red Practice professionals and our local chemist is also very efficient. All our holiday medications are fulfilled efficiently as well.

We consider we are very fortunate to have Walton Health Centre and Red Practice for our primary care needs.

All the reception staff and nurses we have had contact with have been courteous and efficient.
