(as a service user),

I just wanted to express my gratitude for all the staff in the dermatology department and NHS Lothian. In particular I wanted to mention Dr McKay. I have been attending dermatology for nearly 10 years and despite being a ridiculously busy department staff are always responsive pleasant and cheerful. This includes the reception staff. Any time I have needed an urgent appointment that has been offered very quickly and this is so appreciated.
