"Outstanding care from every member of staff"

About: South West Acute Hospital / Ward 5

(as a carer),

My Mum had a stroke 5 weeks ago and was admitted to Ward 5 SWAH. Mum received outstanding care from every member of staff. The team showed compassion and dedication whilst providing excellent care to my mum. All her needs were met at all times and I don’t know how to thank them all for their kindness to Mum but also to us as a family. I want to thank Sister Robinson and all her team for taking care of my Mum for the past 5 weeks.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your mums stay in Ward 5. I am delighted that your mum and yourselves as a family felt you received excellent care. Staff on the ward will be delighted to have received such positive feedback which I will share with them all.
