"My sons care after head injury"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as a service user),

I took my son to MIU this afternoon after a head injury at school. He was seen promptly, treated with great care and compassion. I just wanted to praise the staff on duty. Christine the nursing assistant and a wonderful Charge Nurse(think that's what his title is).

You are all doing a fantastic job! Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was sorry to hear your son had to attend the Minor Injuries Unit of the New Victoria Hospital after experiencing a head injury at school.

You must have been worried sick, so to hear the staff seen him promptly and provided a professional and efficient service was very heart warming.

I have passed on your comments to the staff who have asked me to thank you for your kind words.

I hope your son is feeling a lot better now.
