Had urostomy prescription signed by GP on the 23/11/2022. Contacted Fittleworth customer care (that's a misnoma) on the 10/12/2022 to say I had not received my order. Got a reply 2 days later to say would delivery on the 15/12/2022 be OK. I replied to say it would have to be and that I was disappointed noone attempted to explain what the problem had been or apologise for the delay. Considering how important this prescription is to me, having to eke out supplies not knowing when or if my order was going to be delivered is a nightmare. I am contacting my GP to see if I can use a different supplier.
