"The service was fantastic"

I attended my local doctor as I had lost a lot of weight and a change in my bowel habits. I had gone from being constipated to going to the toilet every time as soon as I eaten any food.

He referred me to this service - my qFIT test was normal. One of my blood result is abnormal and I have repeat bloods in January. They are not over concerned with the reading due to my age and my bones are fine for my age.

I was initially shocked when I received a call from the service and obviously worried and concerned. The team I spoke with were very helpful and gave all the information I required. They called me to explain and sort a scan very quick. The service was fantastic.

I am a very anxious person so to get this service and scan for diagnosis so quickly saved me additional waiting time and stress. Fortunately, for me I have a condition which I will research and can manage. I now have a leaflet with additional information from this service.
