"Great Service for my dad"

My dad had an appointment at Forth Valley hospital for a consultation on his treatment and was given a prescription there and then for pain relief which had to be authorised by his GP . I dropped it off at his practice and was met by a lovely , young Receptionist who understood the urgency of his morphine and made a call to check to see if a GP could countersign it . She asked me to call back at 5 pm to check to see if this had been done . I called at 5pm and was told someone would call me when ready . Edwina did , and I was able to collect that evening . Excellent service from Viewfield medical Practice which is often criticised for poor service . I am delighted they could help which meant Dad could get a decent sleep which he has been deprived of for weeks due to extreme pain . Thank you to all who assisted yesterday .
