"CBT for social anxiety"

(as the patient),

I went through CBT initially for depression and anxiety. I found my therapist Thomas really helpful and I sought help again to overcome social anxiety. Ealing were really quick to respond and I got to see Tom again to support me through difficulties with social interactions that felt crippling. Tom as usual, was really supportive. He listens intently and carefully and identified what was particularly triggering to me. Simple things such as social events at work, friendships and just small talk felt like a foreign language to me. Having Tom understanding my needs and fears gave me the insight to overcome my patterns and challenge my self beliefs. I would highly recommend Tom. Thank you very much.
