"Urology deserve recognition "

I have spent 2022 in emergency admissions and several wards for urology, these departments have treat me with real care, when other pathways have become difficult the freeman urology department have picked up my care & took real notice of my needs. They've fought for me & allowed me to confidently advocate for my needs, a lot of people forget staff are there for the patient, not themselves & these departments really gave me faith in that. It can be embarrassing to attend a department so much they recognise you but urology have made this the opposite for me, I feel like every visit all staff members have made sure to at least attempt to further plans of care for my quality of life.
