I attended the clinic after my appointment was rearranged to make room for an emergency which I completely understand and the people who contacted me from the booking office were very polite and friendly

The staff at the clinic itself couldn't be any more professional or friendly. 

From the moment I entered the clinic I was treated with dignity and respect which made a slightly uncomfortable procedure so much better. 

The report that I received after my appointment was very clear and helpful and I cannot think of any way in which this service could be improved
