Had a toothache for 24hrs so phoned Dentaline at 09.45 am and was given an appointment for 11am at Kent & Canterbury Hospital. Was told to check in at the Fracture Clinic and was seen immediately by reception staff. Filled out a form and was seen straight away by an exceptionally nice Dentist. The problem was diagnosed by an x-ray and I was given antibiotics. The whole procedure took 20 minutes. Excellent service by all concerned. Cannot rate highly enough. Thank you.

This will be logged onto our database and reported to the manager of the unit so that they provide feedback to the staff of the unit so that they are aware.
