"Lovely doctor"

Recently registered with the practice and made an appointment for something I’d been putting off a long time. Helpful reception staff made an appointment for me within a week. Lovely doctor suggested immediate care plans and made appropriate referrals immediately. She was so kind and nice to me after I’d been feeling so anxious. It says I’m not allowed to include names on this platform so I won’t but I’d love her to know how reassured she made me feel. Thank you for being so lovely and kind.
