(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The cares been really well so far with a lot of that being down to how incredible the staff have been with me. There kindness is shown every day with how politely they talk to me always asking me how I am doing and ensuring that anything I need is given to me. Explanations from them are incredibly easy to understand as they aim stuff at my level. Foods been alright in the hospital there are days it can be a little cold but I assume it’s just the order they hand things out. Honestly though there have been no problems with my care I am very happy with it

Hi,

My name is Megan and I am one of the Clinical Sisters on 2 South. I am sorry to hear that you have been admitted to hospital and hope that you are beginning to feel better. I'm also sorry to hear that the food appears cold at times and I will highlight this to catering staff. We really appreciate your positive feedback regarding staff and I will be sure to pass this onto them.
