(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

There not really been any issues with the care that I have been getting in the hospital it’s been an absolutely great experience and they have let me feeling so much better since I was just a week ago. The staff have been a big part in this all pretty good you know friendly always talking away and have been so nice to me. Explanations have been alright at times I doing understand them but I think is the masks so they can’t really help it but they do their best. Them doing their best has meant I have no issues and im happy enough with everything
