"First class treatment by staff in A&E and cardiology"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Accident & Emergency Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Cardiology & Coronary Care Unit

(as a service user),

I attended A&E as I had chest pain, and felt really unwell.

On arrival, I  was quickly triaged and sent for an ECG and blood test. Throughout this treatment I was kept in formed of what was happening, I was told that the bloods were high for traponin and was admitted to ward 103. I  had a stent inserted into an artery in my heart. I was discharged the next day.

The treatment that I received in A&E and the ward was first class, all of the staff were very caring, took time to speak and listen to me, and put my mind at ease throughout my stay.

I  would like to pass on my heartfelt thanks to all of them
