I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to the wonderful staff at Ward 4B in Crosshouse Hospital. Also, to Miss Yeap and her amazing surgical team.

I was admitted in October for a small bowel resection. What a difference this has made to my life! The fantastic nursing staff in Ward 4B were angels. They gave me the confidence I needed to get up on my feet and start walking myself back to health.

I wish I had taken the time to record everyone's names, but of course I didn't. THANK YOU to each and every one of you. Including the physios and, of course, the tea ladies!

Thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to share your feedback. The staff in Ward 4B will be thrilled to receive your lovely comments. It will be really encouraging for them to know that you felt so well supported during what must have been a stressful time.

This is a great example of a whole time working together to provide person-centred care.
