"My experience with Inclusion Thurrock"

About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as a service user),

This year depression and anxiety really hit me hard. After graduating from uni, things not going as planned and ending up in a job that destroyed my sanity, I finally came across Inclusion Thurrock.

It was all thanks to my sister, who referred me, that opened this door. Before starting my therapy session, I had a three-week group session on how to get the most out of therapy. Then after some months came the time I was assigned to a lovely lady called L Smith, she was so thorough, patient and kind with me. I really enjoyed my time with her, she really knows her stuff. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Inclusion Thurrock, from start to finish. Thank you!

Hi Lelascope,

Your kind feedback on your experience with us at Inclusion Thurrock is really appreciated. Thank you for leaving such a warm and pleasant review on your time with us.

Depression and Anxiety can both have very challenging impacts on our mental health and wellbeing, so it is great to hear that, with the help of your sister, you were able to have the strength to refer to us. This is a massive step in itself.

We are also pleased that you were able to take some information from our pre-therapy Time for Change course on how to truly get the most out of your therapy. It is evident from your story that you engaged well with the process and really put the time and dedication into it.

It presents as though you were able to establish a really great therapeutic relationship with Lauren, and that she was able to facilitate in your progress.

Once more, thank you for leaving such honest feedback on both Inclusion Thurrock and your therapist Lauren. Your lovely feedback has been passed on to both her and the team.

Good luck with the next stages of your journey, we hope that you are able to continue to use some of the tools and techniques that you have learnt to continue in your progression.

Best Wishes,

Conor
