Day Surgery

Day surgery for diagnostic hysteroscopy. Care was exemplary. Everyone made my stay as comfortable as possible. The anesthetist and surgeon explained everything and made sure that I understood what was going to happen. Aftercare was great. Plenty of time to recover and tea and toast given at the right time.  Very pleased that the surgeon was able to come to  the ward to give me the results from the procedure before I went home. I particularly appreciated the help given to book a taxi to drive me home.

I was very impressed with the care that I got both at Queen Margaret Hospital and at the preceding outpatient appointments at the Victoria Hospital. I really can't think of anything that would have made things any better.
