It is impossible to get an appointment at this practice. You need to submit a form via the internet at 07:30 in order to get a same day appointment. The website is difficult to navigate and it is not intuitive to be able to locate the form. I have no idea how the elderly are able to do this and get an appointment. If you are allocated an appointment at a time that doesn't suit, you cannot amend it, you can only cancel. I just tried calling the surgery and was 'number 13' in the queue for 20 minutes so gave up. We will be moving to a different surgery as soon as possible.

Dear Patient, I'm sorry that you have had cause to leave this negative review. Our web site is provided by the ICB which looks after all the surgeries in the area and you will see that all the other surgeries have the same web site. Those patients who are unable to navigate a web site are invited to call the surgery, we ask those that can to use the web site to do so, so that those that need assistance can get through. Please be assured that we have a clinician in every room each day and our staff are working at full capacity. We are sorry to see you go.
