What I liked

I thought this was the best hospital from the minute I recieved care until I got meds home.

What could be improved

More staff

and/ more money available to improve resources.

People comment on meals its a free hospital and all I ate was edible.

I think everyone should be so pleased and the public are wrong they need to try being unreralistic.

So change the world for me your doing great other complainers annoy me.

Thank you. It is good to get feedback that reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. You will be pleased to learn that over the coming months and years, the Lister will receive major investment – at least £100 million – as it expands to become the centre for emergency and acute hospital care for all of east and north Hertfordshire. The first phase starts with a £15.5 million expansion of the maternity unit, which is due to open to patients in late 2010.
