I have had to contact Falkland House Surgery on several occasions regarding my son's ongoing care. They are always excellent and try to really help me manage his appointments, blood tests and taking over his long term medication from an initial private consultation due to long waiting times on the NHS.
They always try their best to get us seen if urgent and the reception staff are great and asking appropriate questions to allocate if urgently needed. They are always polite and friendly despite working I know under immense pressure at the moment, nothing is too much trouble for them.
