"Poor communication"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency Royal Victoria Hospital / Radiology

(as a staff member),

I was seen in A@E on Thurs. I waited 6 hrs to be seen. Near midnight I was sent home to go for a MRI of my spine, which was done Fri morning. No one has contacted me since? I have been on the phone all afternoon to the fracture clinic, who I was told to contact, if I hadn't heard anything. They didn't know anything about me after taking ages to get through. I tried to ring A@E for at least 1.5hrs - still nothing.

So what to do? I was told I would be contacted on Saturday but nothing.
