"No signposting"

There was no signposting for CIU until you were right outside it. We had to keep asking and were sent in the wrong direction causing anxiety adding to worry about the appointment.

Dear PetalM,
Many thanks for highlighting your concern. I would like to apologise for the delay in responding, this was due to annual leave and speaking to the right people. You are correct that there is no signage for CIU in the main concourse. This has now been raised with the estates department who have advised that they are aware of this and there are plans for replacing the signage. Unfortunately they have advised that due to other priorities this may not be completed for some time yet. Many thanks for using Care Opinion to feedback on your experience.
