"Hearing aid service"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Audiological medicine

(as the patient),

I brought my NHS hearing aids to the Royal Cornwall Hospital at Treliske for service and repair having worn them for over 7 years.

I had contacted Audiology Workshop in advance who reassured me they could be checked and returned promptly. Given the national postal strike I decided to hand them in at the Audiology Dept reception instead of post them.

I was impressed by the very helpful and efficient staff and delighted to receive continued care under the NHS.
