"First response"

I observed First response kicking a vunerable adult with mental health out in cold to wait outside lynfield Mount while his carers taken in a room spoken to, which I found disgusting.

I've been suicidal depressed and this worker at lynfield used abusive language to me on the phone and in front of reception, me and my partner ended up going to first response today and told them how ill we felt as a disabled person I was left out in the cold by a worker at lynfield late in the evening,  who refused to see me with my carer.

She got dragged into a room out in icy cold roads late and got told they can't do anything for her, a hour I got left and sat alone suicidal this person had a duty of care for me and her and neglected me did nothing, I've had issue of complaints this year against them previous as when I've rang there saying if you feel suicidal why are ring us not doing it, service is disgusting and do nothing when u feel suicidal but a list numbers and on u go, my experience is  they don't help anyone.  Tons of complaints about this service.
