I went along to the Dermatology Department to have a mole removed at at Stirling Community Hospital. The senior nurse David put me at Ease and Explained the procedure with Clarity. I liked the fact that David had a sense of Humour, David was assisted by Tara. Well done both of you, for your care and professionalism.
